Dr. Farrington has cared for families for more than 25 years. As a long-standing family physician, he believes the best care starts with listening—taking the time to understand their concerns, explain diagnoses in simple terms, and partner with them on a plan that fits their life.
Throughout his career, Dr. Farrington has served as a medical director and board member for several healthcare organizations. He has deep experience managing chronic conditions, and brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to both mental and physical health. He earned his medical degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and completed his Family Medicine residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore.
Outside of work, Dr. Farrington enjoys life with his wife and two daughters. He loves gardening, biking, and golfing—and when he’s not outdoors, you’ll likely find him playing & designing games or writing screenplays for TV.
Dr. Farrington is supported by a dedicated team of clinic managers, nurses, medical assistants, and onboarding specialists—all working together to provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient at our Spring Hill location.

Jennifer the medical assistant was extremely helpful, kind,professional, and made my day. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable and important. Jennifer is very much a asset for Greenbrook Medical. Today I truly believe this is where my husband and I belong for any health care concerns moving forward. They rest of the staff was also so kind. This was my first visit. I found the staff to be very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Dr. Farrington was wonderful and showed compassion and a sincere interest in my health. He made some suggestions after we spoke about my present routine. Small changes that should help and make a difference in my ability to function above my present norm.

What a remarkable visit with Dr. Farrington, it was my first visit and I had to take a double take, a doctors office with outstanding service? Everyone was professional and made me feel like I’m at home, a 2:30 appointment and I saw the Doctor at 2:30.
We set up our next appointment for some bloodwork and physical all done in house and best of all it’s connected with Tampa General Hospital. I highly recommend Dr.Farrington’s Team!
